Arianna Carbino Revelare Recovery

Arianna Carbino

Executive Director

Arianna brings over a decade of experience in behavioral health, with a background spanning direct care, clinical case management, program direction, operations, and admissions. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Antioch University and entered the field through her own recovery and healing journey. While she first pursued clinical work, Arianna discovered her passion for building innovative, integrative, client-centered programs.

At Revelare Recovery, she plays a pivotal role in shaping culture and direction. Arianna is dedicated to supporting her team so they can provide the highest quality of care, and she is especially passionate about introducing new service lines that expand opportunities for healing beyond traditional treatment models. She finds deep reward in witnessing the growth of clients and families from their first day through their long-term progress.

Outside of work, Arianna enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and being in nature. She also loves cooking, baking, making holistic remedies and skincare, and recharging with bubble baths and time with friends.

Cindy Song Revelare Recovery

Cindy Song, LCSW

Clinical Director

Cindy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with expertise in trauma-informed care, skills development, and evidence-based treatment. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Georgia State University, graduating with top honors. She is trained in DBT, RO-DBT, and SMART Recovery, and is advancing her training in ERP, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing to bring a wide range of approaches to the clinical team.

Her passion for women’s recovery is rooted in lived experience. Having spent part of her childhood in a women’s shelter, Cindy understands the life-changing impact of accessible support and compassionate care. At Revelare Recovery, she leads the clinical team with warmth and clarity, ensuring every client feels safe, understood, and empowered in their healing process.

Outside of work, Cindy enjoys baking, reading, and exploring arts and crafts, creative outlets that reflect the care and thoughtfulness she brings to her work each day.

Elizabeth White Revelare Recovery

Elizabeth White

Office Manager

Elizabeth brings over 20 years of experience in mental health support, with a background that includes working with at-risk youth, the Juvenile Justice Department, and behavioral health hospitals. She is also a certified Reiki Practitioner and holds credentials in life skills, health and nutrition, character building, and anger management, reflecting her holistic and whole-person approach to care.

As Office Manager at Revelare Recovery, Elizabeth is often the first point of contact, greeting clients and families with warmth and compassion. She takes pride in being a calm and steady presence for those entering recovery, helping them feel supported from the very beginning.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys journaling, singing, dancing, and connecting with new people. She finds balance through reflection, mindful breathing, and quiet time that helps her stay grounded

Gincy Beard Revelare Recovery

Gincy Beard

Director of Housing

Gincy brings both lived recovery experience and professional expertise in addiction and eating disorder treatment. Before joining Revelare, she served as Support Staff Manager at Turnbridge in Connecticut, overseeing housing programs and direct client care. She is trained in CPR, first aid, de-escalation, and motivational interviewing, and is currently pursuing pre-nursing studies.

In her role, Gincy combines compassion with operational skill, supporting women through pivotal moments of their recovery. She is dedicated to creating housing environments where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow.

Outside of work, Gincy finds balance through meditation, therapy, and her personal recovery program. She remains committed to her own growth so she can fully show up for others.

Diana Kimbrough Revelare Recovery

Diana Kimbrough, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Mental Health Psychiatric NP

Diana is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She brings experience working with adults across diverse settings, with a special interest in supporting first responders, individuals in the corrections system, and those managing mood and anxiety disorders. Before transitioning into mental health, Diana spent more than a decade in middle grades and adult education. That background continues to shape her approach, as she uses education as a tool to help clients better understand their mental health and feel empowered in their recovery journey.

Passionate about reducing stigma and advocating for accessible, compassionate care, Diana finds fulfillment in walking alongside clients as they grow and heal. She values being part of a collaborative team at Revelare Recovery, where holistic support is at the heart of the work.

Outside of her professional role, Diana prioritizes balance and wellness through family time, travel, dancing, reading, meditation, and her growing love for yoga.

Jade Bailey Revelare Recovery

Jadé Bailey, M.A., CCTS

Primary Therapist

Jadé is a Master’s-level clinician and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist with more than eight years of experience in the mental health field. She began her career as a psychiatric technician and has since provided therapy in hospital, private practice, and outpatient settings. Her expertise includes trauma-informed care with a focus on personality disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and eating disorders.

She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Texas Southern University and an M.A. in Psychology from Houston Baptist University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology. Trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and mindfulness, Jadé adapts her approach to meet each client’s needs. At Revelare Recovery, she is dedicated to increasing access to culturally competent care and empowering women in recovery.

Outside of work, Jadé finds balance in fitness, music, and faith, while staying connected to her field through ongoing professional development.

Kate Foresberg Revelare Recovery

Kate Forsberg, RDN, LDN

Registered Dietitian

Kate is a licensed dietitian specializing in eating disorder recovery. A graduate of the University of Georgia with additional training at Life University, she began her career under the mentorship of a private practice dietitian and is now pursuing CEDRD certification.

At Revelare Recovery, Kate helps clients reclaim autonomy, dignity, and self-worth through nutrition support. She is passionate about guiding women with education and resources that expand their understanding of recovery and open new possibilities for a healthier future.

Outside of work, Kate participates in communities focused on growth and values-based living. She enjoys reading, dance classes, and starting her mornings with music and movement.

Molly Martin Revelare Recovery

Molly Martin, APC

Primary Therapist

Molly is an Associate Professional Counselor specializing in trauma and anxiety. Before becoming a therapist, she worked as a registered behavior technician supporting children with autism. Trained in EMDR, Molly is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can share their stories and experience healing.

At Revelare Recovery, she values the collaborative team environment and the variety of therapeutic services available to clients.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys reading, yoga, tennis, and spending time outdoors.

Tatyana Jones Revelare Recovery

Tatyana Jones

Primary Therapist

Tatyana holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Georgia. She specializes in helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflict. Her approach integrates CBT, DBT, Family Systems Theory, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and trauma-informed principles. Her passion for mental health stems from personal family experiences and her dedication to advocacy. 

At Revelare Recovery, she values the collaborative, strengths-based environment and the opportunity to support clients through both structured and creative approaches.

Outside of work, Tatyana prioritizes wellness through rest, time at the gym, and meaningful time with her child, friends, and loved ones.
